But even though the machine was connected directly to my ISP's backbone and was unthrottled, I couldn't get the stream to work. RealPlayer (an application I don't like much anyway, because it's spyware) kept on saying, "Communicating..." but never showed me more than a still snapshot of the proceedings. And there was no audio.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I suspect that this was due to a lack of reasonable network management by the FCC as it streamed the meeting....&lt;/p&gt;</description><dc:creator xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/">Brett Glass</dc:creator><pubDate>Fri, 01 Aug 2008 22:40:36 -0000</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
